As native New Yorkers, we have come to learn the value of perseverance and goal setting. During our first visit to Maui 25 years ago, we immediately recognized that our hearts and spirits belong to the Island. It was then that we began our plan to ultimately live on the Valley Isle. On becoming "Empty Nesters," we decided the time was right to live the goal and, along with our dog, Casey, we made the big move to Maui in 2003. And we’ve never been happier!

Prior to coming to Maui, Mike was associated for over 27 years with Grey Worldwide, one of the world's largest advertising and marketing organizations. As a Client Service and New Business Director and Area Director for Latin America, he repeatedly learned the importance of market research, the development of a unique positioning/strategy, executing a comprehensive marketing plan and the art of negotiation... skills well adapted to providing you with the tools necessary to make your Maui dreams come true! Mike is also an Accredited Buyers Representative, a member of the Board of Directors of the Realtors Association of Maui serving as Chair of its Public Relations Committee, a Director Emeritus of New Alternatives For Children in Manhattan and a past Director of Archbishop Molloy High School in Queens, NY, his alma mater.

The new brokerage will be comprised of an elite group of top Maui real estate professionals each of whom has extensive domestic and international marketing and sales experience. Joining the new Group as Broker-In-Charge is Mike Gaertner, R(B), formerly associated with Coldwell Banker Island Properties and, for 27 years, with Grey Worldwide in New York, one of the world’s largest  advertising and marketing companies as Executive Vice

President for Client Services and Latin America Area Director. Gaertner is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Realtors® Association of Maui serving as Chair of it’s Public Relations Committee and is a Director Emeritus of New Alternatives For Children and Archbishop Molloy High School, both in New York. He has also been also been nationally recognized for his real estate sales efforts.
